About Our Team
At Entia we are transforming people’s experience of living with life-changing health conditions, such as cancer. From innovative self-testing blood analysers to digital health solutions, we are able to deliver comprehensive home monitoring solutions.
We empower people by enabling the treatment and management of their conditions to take place in the comfort of their own home – giving them the freedom to do what they love, wherever they want.
Our work enables healthcare professionals to monitor patients' health and make treatment decisions remotely; reducing appointments, freeing up time for patients and allowing for faster decision making.
We’ve won many awards and grants for our work so far, including the AXA PPP Health Tech & You Award and OneStart. We've received over £5m of Innovate UK grants and have been part of the Microsoft Accelerator and Roche’s accelerator Startup Creasphere.
Our ambitions are sky-high and we have a very exciting growth plan, so we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team.
Our Culture and Values
We feel deeply about healthcare management in the home, and it is the core drive of our business. Our culture is based around four key values to guide us on this journey:
Every day we are ambitious.
We strive to tackle some of the most serious and complex life-changing health conditions, such as cancer and other chronic diseases, using products never seen before.
Our targets and timelines are ambitious in order to reach as many people as possible, as soon as possible. We believe in creating a better quality of life for people.
We pioneer new products and pathways to create positive change.
We promote constant improvement, internally and externally.
We approach problems by considering the whole healthcare community, ensuring that we develop technology that addresses the real-life problems of all those affected.
We have a culture of self-improvement. Undergoing reviews and retrospectives to keep developing and evolving as we grow as a business.
We believe in individual growth, enhancing our expertise and broadening our skills beyond our immediate roles.
We place quality at the core of our work.
We comply with international standards to deliver the highest quality solutions for healthcare providers and their patients.
We are transparent with the safety, efficacy, and value of our products, using evidence from clinical trials and studies.
We expect the best for everyone. Our work impacts lives, so we hold our partners to the same quality standards we expect of ourselves.
We work with communities.
We co-design our products with patients, professionals and the wider healthcare community to ensure all development addresses real-life issues and real user needs.
We continuously engage with healthcare services and payers to address their interests, pain points, and costs.
We are building our own community. Promoting a friendly and collaborative workplace through events, forums, and our culture.
We feel deeply about moving healthcare away from hospitals and into the home. It's the purpose that drives us all and our ambition is to develop a world where life-changing conditions can be treated at home.
