Entia is looking for a Business Development Manager.

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join us in a very exciting stage of growth and development, working with internationally recognised partners across industry and healthcare.

You will work collaboratively with the company’s development team, commercial team and partners to deliver products that will allow patients to manage life-changing health conditions at home.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage existing commercial and R&D partnerships with world-leading pharmaceutical and diagnostics companies.

  • Engage with international healthcare providers to help develop and position our product offerings.

  • Develop collaborative relationships across Entia to provide input for the long term objectives and development programmes.

  • Establish relationships with key opinion leaders and advocates of our products.

  • Explore and establish partnerships with charities and patient support groups.

  • Inspire and proactively engage internal and external stakeholders in the strategy.

You are:

  • Someone who has excellent communication skills and the ability to explain your work in a multi-disciplinary environment.

  • Proactive and capable of taking ownership for your work.

  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.

You Must Have:

  • Experience in a Business Development role at country (C Suite), regional or global level.

  • Experience in effective commercial engagement with pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies.

  • Proven track record of building relationships at senior levels within larger corporations and healthcare.

  • Strong history of leadership and shaping strategy.

  • A marketing or business qualification or other relevant degree.

  • Proven commercial acumen, clear understanding of business market dynamics, awareness of current/future external market environment trends.

  • Effective intercultural relationships with regional and global colleagues.

  • Experience and understanding of cross-functional activities.

  • Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to influence management stakeholders and peers, analyse amounts of data to support business decisions and clearly articulate them in meetings and presentations.
